Explorations in Abstract Art (ages 9-11)

Use a variety of media, including watercolor, acrylics, oil pastels, and chalk pastels, to produce an exciting array of two-dimensional abstract art. We will explore the concept of “abstract” by looking at examples at Laguna Gloria and learning about notable artists such as Pollock, Miró, and Picasso.
