Printmaking for Teens (ages 14+)

Learn the basics of the photo silk screen (screen printing) process and the ins and outs of multicolor printing, and gain the knowledge needed to experiment on your own. Design demos include film preparation using Photoshop and Illustrator, hand-drawn images, photocopies, and hand-cut stencils. Printing demos include registration techniques and printing tips for paper, fabric, and apparel. Students create an edition of prints and may participate in a group print exchange.

Please read:  All supplies provided. Bring a healthy snack for break time. Dress for mess. No early drop-off or late pick-up. Children are under parental supervision and responsibility on the Museum’s grounds before and after classes. Please complete a release form at the following link before the first session:
