With your basic drawing skills as a starting point, learn to use pastels, layering color on color to create volume in the face. Explore techniques for drawing the eyes, nose, and mouth and how to develop the features and proportions of the face through demos and working from live models in each class. Learning the basics will allow you to explore your own style as you develop your practice. Some drawing experience is recommended.
